I have 17 years of classroom experience teaching science courses, and more than 20 years in the chemicals, lubricants and plastics industries. I have bachelors’ and master’s degrees in Chemistry from Prairie View A&M University.
For enjoyment, I like:

I am married to Dr. Karen R. Wilson-Sadberry (25 years) and I have one son Adam W. Sadberry currently attending The University of Rochester’s Eastman School of Music.
I am responsible for teaching all the core high school sciences for grades 9-12 which include:

Because DAEP Is a discipline oriented campus; in addition to teaching core subject matter, as DAEP faculty we are also charged with supporting our students by assisting with social skills and citizenship, through enforcement of DAEP rules and regulations (when necessary). These rules are presented as part of the enrollment process at DAEP. I will strive to work as a partner with students and parents to ensure that appropriate behavior, social skills and healthy choices are pursued while on this campus.
A short list of primary rules for the classroom will be posted in the carrel where each student will sit. I would be happy to provide a copy of this list upon request. If a student violates a rule, it is my practice to counsel with the student and write a referral which will be labeled as a warning referral, because I will not turn it in to the principal unless a second violation occurs. If a second rule infraction occurs, I will then submit the warning referral as well as a referral for the second violation to the principal. I will then make an effort to contact the parent/guardian, so that they can have an active role in assisting me and the student to make appropriate corrections behavior wise.
My conference period is from 8:00 – 8:55 am
